We request that the following policies be respected:

General Policies

​

• Children must be 12 years of age or older

• We are a non-smoking facility

• Pets are not allowed

• Rooms are 2 person occupancy

• Check-in time 3pm and check-out time 12pm (noon) unless prior arrangement made

• Visitors allowed in the common areas, not allowed in bedrooms

• Property damage or missing items will be charged to the room 

• Disruptive/abusive behavior is not tolerated

Cancellations & Refunds

​

Notice of cancellation must be received and confirmed via phone or email by management. A confirmation number will be provided as proof of cancellation (which is required for a refund).

• 14 days or more: Full refund if cancellation is received 14 days or more in advance of reservation date.

​

• Less than 14 days: Full refund only if someone else reserves the same dates and room(s) after cancellation is received.
